    Historical sites -- legalities of searching them.

    Is MD on a historical district or house off limits to us? Like for instance my grandmother's house had a plaque on it "John Teft 1834" Could I legally MD there? The town that I grew up in one section is a whole historic site in itself, plaques on all the buildings.
