    I am trying to find some info on a musketeer advantage, colt or compatable coil

    I am looking for someone to take an ohm meter to the pins on the connector. What I am looking for is a resistance reading betrween the pins. My coil is reading nothing beween all pins and I think it is no good. Thanks, Rich

    I have an advantage coil that I think is no good. I put an ohm meter to all the pins on the connector and get no reading on any two. If anyone can ohm out there connector so I can know what a good coil reads That would be a big help. Also if there is any way to give me the pin-out with ohm...

    I would like to give a little information on how a detector detects. The composition of any metal makes no difference. A metal detector does not measure composition it measures conductivity. That is why it is so hard to separate pull tabs from gold. Gold and pull tabs have a similar conductance...
