    I'd like to build a custom rod for my detector...

    What size tube and where can you get it from, also what other parts are needed??(turn-clamp?) Is it just cheaper to buy one pre-made?? Want to build light Straight shaft w/ handle + arm cup.

    Which hard soled dive boot is the best??

    I've been using a soft soled pair for awhile now, wearin my feet out. Would like one that has some kind of arch support and is a good kicker for using a big scoop. TKS

    Getting crud off of 10k???

    Found this 10k Cross w/ dia a while back. Has some red/brown crud on it. I thought it was plated but after pickin on it it seems to be something stuck to it. Is there any way to soak it in some wonder cleaner and get the crud off???

    Serious Question: Has anybody used the BHID and the Tesoro Stingray 2???

    Which one is better in the freshwater?? I have both but have not had time to goto any freshwater spots with my BHID yet. I know in salt the BHID smokes the SR2. (ouch, that hurt to say outloud:surprised:) I've been a diehard Tesoro nut for +12 years now.

    Gonna try to get out and find some cools stuff this weekend

    As soon as i get off work, working Mon--> Sat sucks!! I'm going to a new spot that I have not been yet (wetsand) w/ the BHID prob follow that with some in water hunting @ night with the floation device coil :rage:.
