    Finely got the Quatro,

    Flintstone, they make a coil support, triangular in shape. They are made of plastic and they connect to the lower shaft @ the coil using the same hardware that connects the coil to the lower shaft. I used to own one or two. Let me check and if I have one, I'll send you one. I'll get back to you.

    Well I just got a bit of bad news

    Prayers said for a full & speedy recovery. I had a torn left rotator cuff along with a ripped bicep about 6 years ago. They repaired both and I was as good as new. I was recuperating for about 3 months. I'll pray that all goes well for you and you'll be able to swing the coil better than ever.

    Thanks for the memories. I had the Garret Deep Seeker and it looked just about like the one in your picture. I bought mine in about 1981. I found some nice relics with it. I had the 6', (sniper coil), and the 8', & 10'. Coils. This detector went deep.
