    Out for 3 hrs...

    with a friend,both used Explorer 2's.Found a 1943 merc,1934 wheat,one corroded no date wheat and on the surface eyeballed this earring stamped .925.Got a few clad coins also.Nice sunny day but freezing cold at nite. Thanks for all your prayers in my time of need:))

    God bless her...

    my mom passed away at approximately 6:50 PM tonite.She was surrounded by most of her 12 children and many other relatives.She went peacefully as we prayed and sang for her.Rest in peace mom and we love you.Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers.You are the best:))

    Does the Xterra 50 Id a coin while in pinpoint???

    seems like it does.Its something I dont always pay attention to but I noticed while recovering a few targets, like a nickel was 12 in pinpoint, a quarter 42, but not always perfect on the ID in pinpoint.Misplaced my manual.

    Ace 250 finds...

    got out for 1& 1/2 hrs using the 4 inch coil.Didnt get rich but found $ 1.29, a sterling chain,gold plate ring, and the gremlin looking thing, not sure if its sterling or not. hope to find somemore treasure tomorrow:))

    Out for almost two hrs...

    before the rain hit.Used the Ace 250 with 4 inch coil.Got a total of $ 1.73 including 8 dimes and 6 nickels,misc fake jewelry and a dope smoking pipe, not the first Ive found just like it.Its going into the trash.That small coil worked great and I had a fine time of it.Quit just in time to miss...

    Havent detected in 2 months..

    due to moving.Finally put my Explorer 2 together and hit my yard using the x1 probe.Found a 1956 wheat right away, then a clad quarter,zinc penny,1959 canada penny and a nice 1926 Farthing,whatever that is.I switched between Smartfind wide open screen and Digital.I really like the two number...

    XT 50 works great on saltwater beach...

    got out with a friend for about 3 hrs.Had to lower sensitivity to 12 near the waves but no problem.Unfortunately there were no goodies to be found,only one penny:( Been wanting to try it on the beach for some time.Went over several areas loaded with nails and hardly a peep from the XT 50:))
