For those of you who are worried the Pro may not perform great in saltwater you have forgotten one important aspect..

The PRO is equipped with Garrett's new DD coil and DD coils were specifically designed to cut through and overcome heavy mineralization and salt - which is a mineral. Plus it has Manual GB and is listed for prospecting. If you can hunt nuggets with it salt should not be a problem as nuggets are...

Just listened to a demonstration of the AT PRO on the phone conducted by Brent Weaver at Garrett and this machine surpasses incredible and there ain't

I'll have a DVD of the demo in a few days. This tector has two hunting modes - standard ( where it operates like any detector) and PRO MODE where it doesn't operate like any other detector. For many years we have known that we have spooks in our house and now they are playing with my detectors. My 1500 has been standing in the corner in. my bedroom for months. Last night it woke me up beeping away. I got up, investigated, it had been turned on, and I turned it off and went back to...

Forgot to say about the 350...

The 350 coil is ultra sensitive so treat it accordingly. It is so precise that one doesn't need the pinpoint button to pinpoint with. Just center your target side to side then twitch the coil back and forth sideways an inch each way as you drag the coil back towards you. When the signal stops (...

Dragged my skinny, sickly, body out for an hour and me and the 350 went tot lotting..

and scored about a buck eighty. 350 works great and the coil pinpoints like a champ. I pinpoint off the toe. Depth should be exceptional. Pulled up a few pennies in the bark chips at eight inches or so. Going to try to get out this weekend even though I'm still puny but phooey on it. The whole...
