    No tecting for me today and it was nice and cool. Spent the day in my recliner..

    with a heating pad slapped on my ribs and sucking on pain pills. They still feel like a Clydesdale kicked me. Have a feeling it's going to be a few days before I get back in shape. Hard as hell and hurts like hell for me to get up and down out of a chair and I have to have something on each side...

    Boy I pulled a stupid stunt last night that put me out of commission for detecting for a few days...

    I was changing the sheets and stuff on my bed and had a pile of dirty ones on the floor, caught my foot in that sucker, tripped and took a nose dive into my big oak dresser.     Haven't done squat the past couple of days or so. Got a urinary tract infection that knocked the crap out of me and I got no go power at all..

    I took a specimen of my urine down to the lab today to be analyzed and it looked like a cup of chocolate milk - not what normal pee is supposed to look like so it was loaded with some kind of gremlins. Got some antibiotics to kill the buggers so maybe I can get back on track again. Been so weak...

    Went to one of my favorite parks today and was rewarded with about 60 coins totaling $4.30 or so..

    The place was so littered with bodies there was hardly room to detect so I picked three trees over next to the street where only a few people were laying or sitting. Using the "creep & sweep" method all these coins came from under and around those three trees. Found a bunch of dimes. This place...

    Went back to the merry go round and gleaned a few more coins..

    The place was loaded with house apes - 75-80. Must have been summer school. Didn't hunt very long as I was pooped and the ground in places was like concrete but I managed $1.85 or so. Found a few dimes in the other playground. Weather was gorgeous though - in the eighties with a breeze. Bill.

    Was a beautiful 80 degree day so dragged my sickly, spindly, body out to a big park at the edge of town and didn't find doodly squat but got some sore
