    How do I clean this metal man

    Found him this morning at the 1920's beach which I've found several premium rings in the past. I do not want to assume that these toys are valueless. I've gently taped much of the debris with a wrench. What do you recommend?

    With water hunting there are a variety of muck and dirt that presents itself on coins. I have a copper penny with tarnish (black) in spots. What is a non evasive way to clean it? vinegar and hot water?
