    Older Tesoro rod (looking for one)

    Changing a trim pot is not physically modding a unit but I would mark the original position. I can understand Tesoro or for that matter any company wanting you to stay out of their control box as untrained hands can cause damage and could cause warranty problems.     Twist off bottlecaps and ace 350...

    With 20 years detecting experience bought an Ace 350 for local parks..To my surprise called everyone of those blasted twist off bottlecaps a coin in the dime-quarter block. Any seasoned veterans out there with an Ace 350 have any methods they use to tell a coin from one of the blasted caps...
