    I'm Curious about the waterproof battery compartment of the AT-PRO...

    And how it is designed and where it is located on the detector. It is definatly different that the Sea Hunter and Infinium's battery compartment. It looks from the pics it is at the rear of the detector but I cant really tell. Should be interesting to see it up close and how it works....and also...

    Looks like the new AT PRO will have the Infinium headphones as stock equipment.

    Look CLOSELY at the promo leaflet put here on the forum and you can tell that it does look like AT PRO will have the Infinium's headphones with the waterproof type connector.     Just a little different functions like a true all metal mode and you got you an even better new prospecting machine....Actually if I think about it, all it needs is the true all metal mode and keep every thing else and you got a kick butt prospecting machine....an ALL TERRAIN Prospecting machine...

    Garretts 8.5 coil cover, will it work with the 8" mono coil?...:garrett:

    I just found this on the Garrett website....its a 8.5 inch coil cover...does anyone know if it will work on the 8" mono coils for the Sea Hunter and Infinium? It was most likely made for those old 8.5 coils for the Master Hunter...etc.... The actual measurement of the mono coil is 8.5/8...

    If you use a GTP or GTI machine, what tone # do you set it on?:garrett:

    And which tone number is your favorite? Or do most of you's just use it on the default tone setting? I think is # 3. After I've been using the Scorpion awhile and the Infinium ALOT. I just love the tones of those machines. So back to my GTI 2500 I always have adjusted the tones on it to please...
