    Indian Head penny today! 1883. I just started working some farm field I received permission to hunt in. The penny was in the hole with a cast iron stove leg and the SE called it out! WOW!

    Treasure Creek produces 317 more coins this evening!

    It's was dark when I got home so no picture tonight. I found 317 coins in 2 hours this evening for a grand total of 1838 in 3 hunts! Treasure Creek is going to get a break for a while though. I have surgery tomorrow. I will be back there as soon as I can be!

    1942 Wheat and Quarter

    I just found a 1942 Wheat Penny and a Quarter in a spot that I had searched with my SE. I was using my Excalibur 1000. I think the coins were being masked by deep trash around them that the SE was detecting. The Excal wasn't reading as deep so it found them. Go figure!
