    How important is it to purchase coils optimised for the Vision?

    If you get a Vision/V3...The coil that comes with the detector SHOULD have the "V" on the mounting ear! Use the stock coil and drive the detector for a few outings...Learn the new detector ! ! ! You can use the DFX/MXT/M6 coils...but it would be better to know the machine FIRST. Good Luck Jerry

    No one wants to tell you about the BigFOOT coil...LOL The coil off my DFX is working good for me. Bad thing is...it likes FOIL ! ! ! But that is easy to scoop at the beach. ;-) Jerry
