    Slag and stuff...

    A few of the new spots ive found are older than most of the tot lots around BUT.. The ol spots are filled with Slag excess scrap metal from steel mills mixed with rock etc ..usually its down abown 1-2 inches from the dirt..and many of the rocks are HOT too.. Whats the best way to deal with...

    In reading several posts about the 1500 it seems that imgaing isnt as accurate(?) at a certain depth/depths What is that depth and...does that mean if i get a solid signal like belltone at 8 inches and it reads B it may not be a coin? I guess the rule of dig everything applies right...
