    Checking in - still alive - tired though

    Our group had lost 7 employees within a couple weeks and so had overtime = a lot of overtime. Not complaining about the OT money though. Used to have someone come in at 6 AM to help get guys up, fed, medications, etc. So had it all to do myself (with God's help of course) then the 8 AM staff...

    Been very hectic being the only one working the night shift...got a new guy in who requires one to one attention when he is awake and takes 2 to lift him, change him, etc. He can't communicate and can't hear. Poor guy. I have been averaging an hour and a half overtime everyday since he arrived...
