    this is how rumors and gossip start. I am quiet sure with whites reputation for quality and customer service that they have a ample supply of parts on hand to maintain the v3 for years to come. They are still repairing xlt's and they came out in 1992 I think.

    trade only--I have a nice pair of sunray pro gold headphones I want to trade

    I am looking for a pair of nice rat phones. the sunrays are great headphones but the earcups are just to small for me and get uncomfortable after a hour of hunting. I have a pair of rats on my other detector and they work fine for me. So if anyone wants to trade rats for sunrays email me.

    and becomes a expensive , money blowing obsession?     ok which way is the best-max headphone volume or max xterra volume?

    It seems everyone is doing it different. I personally have been maxing out the headphones so that each ear is balanced equally and then use the xterra volume control to set a comfortable level.     my new custom xterra stand arrived today

    I contacted jeff herke and asked him to put me something together that would work on my xterra 70. It has solved the tipping over problem and the headphone jack is just perfect keeping the wire behind you all the time. Its all aluminum and sturdy. I really like it , thanks jeff.

    minelab prices at kellyco

    I am in the market for a soverign gt and it seems they have gone up at kellyco in the last couple of weeks is this because of the devaluation of the us dollar against the australlian currency.
