    Is MXT a beach detector?

    I plan on doing a lot of beach detecting in the wet and dry sand this year. I won't be doing any diving. My question-does the MXT work well in this application? Are any of you using the MXT on the beach? I'll be in the Sav. Ga. area-no black sand. Thanks
