    Great Hunt With The CoRe!

I made it out this morning for a few hours to an old home site/mine area. This area is hidden in the woods and has never been detected. Fair amount of junk, mostly iron and old cans but not too bad. I've hit this place a few times. Today was the best hunt yet as I'm narrowing down the better...

WTT Minelabs X-Terra 70 with three coils for Garrett AT Pro

I would like to swap my X-Terra 70 with three coils ( stock concentric MF 7.5 kHz, stock DD HF 18.75 kHz ellip., and 6" DD LF 3 kHz. "Digger" Coiltek coil) with manuals and DVD for an AT Pro. Unit is in very good condition and has been a great machine. I am interested in trying something...

    X-Terra 70 Interesting Finds

Detected a ranch house in Central Az. that was built in 1926. I used the 6" "Digger" coil on my X-Terra 70 as the area was very trashy. I scored a 1943-s "War" nickel, some modern coins, and two chunks of "heavy metal". The first chunk (on right) rang in a nice high tone at VID #44 from all...

    Another silver ring

[attachment 322591 photo216.JPG] [attachment 322590 photo115.JPG] The CoRe scores another silver ring (.925) with a small stone in it. Not sure if the stone is real diamond or not. DI2, Sens 50, ID Mask 10. Dean

    Silver and Gold

Made it out for a couple of hunts this past week with the CoRe and it was in the mood to find some jewelry. I love the simplicity and performance of the FoRes CoRe. More time detecting and less time messing around with the settings as with some other machines. My first good score of the week...

    Fun finds with the CoRe

I went and visited my parents in Phoenix today and took the CoRe along. After a nice lunch I broke out the detector. It was a beautiful 78 degrees and sunny. Perfect day off. The house I was raised in was built in 1954. Not very old but it was built in an old citrus orchard so I had hopes of...

    Copper buttons I.D.

These copper buttons all came from the same hole in a Army Fort/Town site that was founded in 1870 and has been abandoned since 1900 in AZ. Any help with their origins or how they were made would be appreciated. [attachment 321050 photo18.JPG] Thanks! Dean

    Help with button I.D.

Took the CoRe to an 1870s-1900 army fort / town site today here in AZ. The place is unbelievably trashy but the CoRe came through with my first ever "button spill". I recovered these four little copper beauties from the same hole... [attachment 321046 photo18.JPG] I haven't been able to I.D...

Anyone using the 10"x 5.5" coil yet?

The new 10"x 5.5" coil for the CoRe has been available for a short time now. Has anyone put it to the test yet? If so, what do you think? I like the fact that it is a solid coil and water proof as well. The spoked are coils are nice and light but hang up on brush. Does Nokta make a "solid"...

Fors CoRe nails some old rim fire cases

Hit some Old Timers diggings with the CoRe and the little 5" coil. This machine is awesome in the trashy areas separating the good from the not so good! Finally found some old, large caliber rim fire cases. Everyone but me seems to find these things...until now:smile:. [attachment 318969...

    New, old home site.

Found a new site to hunt that was a home site. Not sure of the exact age of the site yet. Had some good clues though... [attachment 318636 photo15.JPG] Always a good sign. I found this stuff during a short hunt today. Will definitely go back to this place and delve a little deeper...

Second park hunt with the CoRe

Got out for a couple of hours to a modern park this afternoon. Hunted in DI2, Sens 70, I.D. Mask 10, 11x7 coil. I ignored all bouncy targets but still dug a few bottle caps and tabs. Some of those tabs come in very near a nickel and sound good. I really like the DI2 as it is very "sparky" with...

    Trade X-Terra Coils....

I would still like to trade a never used 10X5 18.75 DD ellip x-terra coil for a 6" x-terra coil (would prefer the 7.5kHz). I've got two of the 10X5s and would like a 6" for the trashy areas. Thanks. dbado1@hotmail.com

WTT Never used 10"x5" DD 18.75 X-Terra Coil for 6" "Digger Coil".

This coil has never been on a detector. I have two and only need one. Would like to trade for the 6" 3 khz "digger" coil. For the X-Terra 70. Thanks!
