    Info from FRL on "chatter/interference"

The newer F75's now come with the following sheet explaining more about so-called "interference". Those of us who bought the first F75's, or those doing possible research on a purchase may find the following helpful...... There are no electrical interference problems with the detector. What...

    Another classic school drawing:blush:

The words are very flattering too unless he's getting me mixed up with Mr. Bill our sponsor? This little boy got very detailed. If you look close he even drew a large cent in the ground & the "beep, boop, bop, beeeeeeep...." he must have been using "Delta Pitch" ;) But, no...

    The F75 goes to school

Last week I spoke for the 5th graders of an Elementary School near Quonset Rhode Island. They had just finished studying the American Revolution, so I made sure I presented mainly Colonial relics to let them hold pieces of history for a day. They were especially excited to hold an actual British...

    FS: MINT GroundHawk...$400..SOLD!

I need to raise some fast cash & that's the only reason I would let this nice, custom built relic unit go for this price. I say mint 'cause I don't see a scratch on the bottom of the coil. Very hot on lead, & a solidly built, deep unit. You can read more about it on "groundhawk.com"...

Nobody happened to mention this coin on the cover?

This 1817 Large cent from the infamous "Lost Village" in the new Western & Eastern Treasures. Nice & big too :) That was a surprise..... Cool to see my story as the featured one in color as well (plus I put Rob "on the map") ;) Hope those who have a subscription enjoy the read as much as I liked...

Disc on 6 works very well in iron....

This also sort of mirrors the setting that T2 users like in the 20/21 disc region (instead of 40). The theory of hearing some iron helps to seperate in thick trash, as turning the F75 disc up toward 15 begins to promote masking & less seperation.... Went out in front of girlfriends old house...

    Mirco-targets with JE mode...

Well, this is most definately the most sensitive disc mode I have ever used. It's not even close....JE is hot!:hot: especially on mid-conductors I seek like gold, lead bullets, & buttons.... I had been using both the T2 & F75 on all metal. BUt after testing with Mr. Bill it seemed the F75's JE...

I think "Cash & Treasures" is on tonight :inlove:

I think they are repeating some episodes on the Travel Channel tonight & on WEd's now. I have seen almost every episode, but one (I won't mention any names since all eyes are on this forum apparently) ;) That's like my dream girl right there:inlove: I'd love to take her out detecting, & I'd be...

    Aftermarket headphones & the T2.....

My Killer B's work great, but it seems there are some questions about certain headphones on both the F75 & T2......here's some technical info from Fisher..... >>>>>>> On the Fisher F75 and the Teknetics T2, tip and ring are shorted together and the return is through the sleeve which is wired...

MY Killer B's work well, but seems there are some questions about certain headphones working on both the F75 & T2......here's some technical info from Fisher..... >>>>>>> On the Fisher F75 and the Teknetics T2, tip and ring are shorted together and the return is through the sleeve which is wired...

Why Don't you SC. boys take those F75/T2's to "save some more history":twodetecting:

I wanna see proof on video of how much stuff you can pull out of a "spanked" site with those machines........

Mr. Bill & I are gonna test a few detectors today......

after work @ one of my local "hunted out" Colonial sites. Last time there with the T2, I only scraped up one musketball...... Anything left is deep & on the fringes of ID'ing correctly, or masked. Units we should be experimenting with include F75's, my T2, my 1270 w. 10.5" coil, (& whatever else...

    With so many F75's selling.......

and also T2's, I may not have the upper hand much longer:) I have said many times that I'm returning to all the local "hunted out" sites to eke out more goodies. But, as some of the recent posts indicate, lots of folks are switching to F75's now in my area as well..... So, there may not be much...

Saved some more history w. F75....

I had mentioned I had kinda continued my roll over the weekend and tried a couple additional sites besides the "gold site".... On Sat. I tried to do some digging at my indian place....got many broken pieces of quartz & shell...then these 2 keepers. [attachment 54205 arrows07.jpg] Finally here's...

    Whatta Day w. F-75, including 1st Gold Coin!:super:

Well, I had set aside Thrusday to hunt after work & of course it poured rain. They talked about more storms coming so I didn't even think about hunting Friday after work until I saw the sun shining out the office window & figured, what the heck? I wanted to try the F75 again at the same French...

    "Diggin in VA" crowd shot....

I kinda "borrowed" this photo with a rt. click....but this photo gives everyone an idea about how many folks were gathered up for DIV-7 the first morning....But there was over 2000 acres to hunt so we easily could have had 2X as many. You could feel the excitement in the air as the hunts about...

    Clearing the air a little........

OK, before I get anymore PM's asking if I have got rid of my Coin$trike, sold out, etc. ;) I just want to say a few more things.... Yes, I still have my Coinstrike & will be keeping it... But, lately all's I have been using are the T2 & F75....my C$ & Edge are collecting dust on the rack in my...

We might turn this "Class" into an F75 forum....

Mr. Bill & I resisted requests for awhile, as we both have our hands full & didn't really want to add another new "room" to look at.... But, the "buzz" that this great new Fisher is creating is just too great, and is rightfully consuming the entire Fisher Forum. So, we are about to transform...
