The counterfeit Pine tree Shilling that I spoke of.

I finally got a chance to photo it. Just don't want any of you good folks thinking that I had snapped or something. Here is the counterfeit Shilling that I spoke of in Jeffs great find. It can sometimes be easy to be fooled by a lot of Counterfeit coins that are out there. Note the lack of roots...

Got out a few times recently. No Pinetree Shilling but got some needed fresh air.

Todays picture of the snow in my back yard. [attachment 84877 coins001.JPG] Still a lot of snow but the north edge of the fields are melting enough to give up a little hunting area. [attachment 84874 Mar.18.JPG] Todays hunt was split between the SE and the T2 [attachment 84875 coins005.JPG] The...

Found an open spot near a RR tressel.

I found the most beautiful pull taps of the season. A few cans and a piece of copper flashing. Boy was it great to get out. Then my phone rang and in trying to answer it with shovel and detector in hand, I flipped one headphone out of the way got my phone out and then lost my grip on my...

Was going through 2 pouches that I have and came across this little surprise.

I was careful to make the pic as close to actual size as possible. Hold your thumb to the screen and you will see the size of this find. Isn't it amazing the technology we have today. I don't care what detector you own, this kind of stuff is there for the guys and gals that learn their machines...

    New VIRUS today

A Valentine's themed outbreak of the Storm worm has been detected. Malicious e-mails are being received across the globe -- they contain a Web link, which directs users to a Web site where they can supposedly download a Valentine's card, but in fact are infected with the Storm bug. The virus...

Just got a new T2 and am dieing to use it this spring.

I had the opportunity to try out a T2 and an F75 last summer and it's been haunting me ever since. So now I own one. Been doing some reading here on the T2 forum and putting everything together that I've experienced and read. I feel very confident in using the T2 with only one question that...

Just a little quote from Charles Up State NY. The site I feel is as close to THE WORD as you can get.

Let me stress that I'm not looking for a fight with anyone. Quote Gain = 7, I have found this to be the best all around setting. Deep targets still sound deep (different) from shallow targets yet they are not so faint that you have to strain to hear them. Be on the lookout for those fainter...

Hi Guys, I'm new to the Whites line of detectors and have a couple questions please.

I have done a mini field test on the MXT last summer along with a mixed brand of other machines. I found it rather interesting as I've never used Whites before. I am basically a Minleab person and presently use the SE. I am no stranger to this hobby but am naive to the M6 in its depth...

    Controversial question I'm sure.

I know I should know this, but I still wonder. When you store your Battery pack for the winter. Do you drain it or keep it fully charged? For the longest life of you pack, which would be best? I fully charge mine and put it away outside of the machine. Thanx for any interest.

Had a Compact kind of hunt today.

Ya, I know. But the fact is, they all sounded worth digging. So I guess that's what you gotta do to get the goodies. The soil is a killer here and its a back yard. [attachment 74186 Marlborohunt.JPG] All that for the goodies. [attachment 74188 coins003.JPG]
