    Getting frustrated....waiting for the 'fisherman'....MattR.UK.

Decided to go for a bike ride this-afternoon......... The forum keeps irritatingly inferring more F 75 delays...or are they just rumors? Here in the UK, the main importer keep telling us, " The Fisherman regrets.." It just isn't good enough folks. 'I've got the 'Metal detector's blues'...

    T-2 UK version and USA version...Whats the Diff...?....and what a day.....MattR.UK

Apart from EU electrical conformity's for Europe, none. The 'plastic' locking collar cracking is found to be common to both USA supplied T2s and UK import suppliers. It's a minor inconvenience which will be resolved I'm sure, by First Texas. Simply e-mail First Texas with your item's s/n etc...

Re: Just wait until the England trip T-2 Fever!

To our American friends who will be visiting . "I hope you have good weather and 'fields of gold and silver'" Here is a recent shot of one of 'King-john's' fields which we have 'ploughed' with our T2s. The late afternoon's wintry sun casting its long warm glow on the maize stubble...

    Seeker....Please pay attention..."He who hesitates is lost"........and I think you're.....MattR.UK

Hello Seeky! Don't waste too much time 'looking' for answerers, because they could add to your confusion. I have been detecting now for almost 40 years, and I say the T2 is the most efficient unit I've ever used, INLAND. Its virtues far out-weigh its minor (circumstantial) weakness...

Have you resolved your dilemma of visualising the search-flux pattern in Fe mineralized ground? Back to basics will help. My original little picture was a snapshot of the magnetic consequences. Next one must consider some degree of modification due to the resistance which is also present (or...

    We celebrate David Johnson's genius................MattR.UK

Well folks, I told you about John's jam pies. Here they are being devoured by Stu and Co. [attachment 45774 ResizeofP1010075.JPG] It was the start of another days hunting with the T2s. If anyone out there has not realised how this detector stands above others, then you are yet to see the...

Could there ever be, a poem lovelier than a tree?......MattR.UK.

Even after several hundred years, the trees that watch over this field still maintain their majesty. But for how long? A picture of the other side reveals the ravages of time and man. A place to hide, shelter, build a fire. What tales would she tell if only trees could speak. Maybe she does...

T2 triumphs again in the hands of a Tiger...............MattR.UK

A bitterly cold wind and bright sunshine was the order of the day, as the Tigers met and shared John's box of jam pies! There's an old saying, "As you give, so you shall receive". Well today proved the quote. We ate his pies and let him have the find of the day. Tough ground conditions. Red...

John....Another fine clutch of coins and items....Brilliant. You must be using your T2 like a Winchester repeater. Let John's obvious skills with the T2 be a lesson to you all. So guys, don't sit at home experimenting. Dave Johnson has done that for you. Get out there with your T2... 'Do the...

    Hi Glen...(Captain Kirk).......EX 2...>>....T2.......MattR.UK.

I was very interested in the comments regarding your lack of success with the T2 relative to your Exp 2. (From reply to previous long thread) Could it be that you are swinging the T2 like an EX2 ? i.e. Tooo slowly...??? That would be a big mistake with this unit. Try the T2 at one metre per...

    KCK...UROK......Memories

Hi there KcK ! Too true good friend...without a sense of humour, you may as well be under the soil with the worms. Actually, that traction engine scene is one taken early in the 1900's locally. Those gentlemen were rolling the 'tar and chippings' on the promenade in West Kirby. I found the...
