    Does anyone have the sunray 5.5 inch coil for the explorer?

    I already have a joey coil (5x10)...would it make a big difference to get this coil for really trashy old home sites? I always heard on the oval coils you add the two measurements together and divide by two to get the size of the coil if it were round (5+10=15 /2 = 7.5) Is it worth it to buy...

    I hear no difference with DEEP on....

    Just air tests...but I hear no difference in coins with DEEP on. I hunt in parks, so obviously I want to get the deep targets, but also need good separation. Maybe Deep only works with coins that are in the ground??????????

    My thought was to buy one to have in addition to my EXP II 1050 coil. I have been mainly hunting parks / homes, and they have not been super trashy. Do you think the separation in a semi trashy area for the Joey is worth it? What about in really trashy areas...is it much better than the 1050? I...

    Question regarding 1050 coil

    I have seen two versions of the FBS 1050 coil for the explorer II The first says FBS 1050 on the sticker The second is the same shape, size, etc. but does not say FBS 1050, it just says Minelab on the sticker. Does anyone know if these are the same coil? Thanks!
