    Well, I got back Wednesday afternoon. Jet lag, warp speed or time warp. It really mess's you up being 6 hours out of kilter :blink:

    It was a 10 1/2 hour flight from Rome, a 3 hour layover in Charlotte and 1 1/2 hours to Louisville. You would think a person would sleep for 12 hours. Nope. Went to bed at 10 pm got woke up at 3 am.... that would be 9 am in that part of the world. Six hours is enough to really mess up your head...
