    Hello, While out detecting today I hit a signal and the detector froze-up I had to remove the battery's to shut the unit off then I turned it back on and rescanned the target and dug it, it was a alum.clip. (1/2"x1") about 4" deep, the detector worked fine after that. Was it just overloading...

    minelab advantage

    how come the advantage is not mentioned?.... is it a good machine?....... thinking about getting it for my primary. just got ace 250 and it's sweeeeet for 212.00 man it kicks ass. but i also need beach detector will the advantage do the job. ps.i live in Florida and back into metal detecting...
