    Was up most of the night babysitting the pig! I wanted to be sure he wouldn't get out of the roaster! When he was done, he and I jumped in the truck and drove an hour to the big shindig!     A good club meeting tonight!...........

    Man there were some awesome finds! We had several diamond rings, one worth about 3 grand! Some very nice coins dating all the way back to 1806! Draped bust half cent! For those of you who check the slide show at my club site, it should be up in a day or two!

    Water hunt nets 2 Golds!!! :)

    When I arrived at the hunt site this morning and talked with the park staff, they infomed me that they hadn't seen anyone detecting since I did about 6 weeks ago. They also said that the place had been packed because of the hot weather! I started finding coins right away, and a little while...

    A brother in my SS classs asked for prayer. His wife Jo left him, and he just found out that she has been doing crack cocain. There are many other problems also. He asks that we pray that she would be surrounded by Christians so that she will come back to the Lord.

    Morning hunt.........

    Went water detecting this morning for 4 hours. I got 8 qtrs, 13 pennies, 3 dimes, 1 nickel, and a loon dollar. Also got a watch and plenty of doo-dads, and jink. Had fun, was blessed! :)
