    Got out today! Silver!!........

    Greg, Ron, and I hit a road construction site that we spotted on our way to an 1800's park. Hunted a while at both, and got 4 wheats, a 43P silver war nickel, a 41 Canada penny, and some clad. Also a handful of doodads! Had fun! :)

    Most of you know that my oldest son Michael is a life guard at a Christian camp this year. I just wanted to share with you that since he has been there he has helped a swimmer in distress, helped a boy rededicate his life to Christ and He was able to help another boy to ask Jesus into his heart...

    I got wet again today!.........

    Work has slowed due to the dry weather. So I hit a swimming area this morning. I got 2 qtrs, 11 dimes, 9 pennies, an earing, two old keys on a chain, a cell phone, and the neat find for the day is a Canadian toonie! Neat looking $2 coin!

    First water hunt of the year!...........

    I wanted to post a pic, but am having trouble getting the pic out of the camera and into the pc. I will try again later. I got 7 pennies, 5 dimes, 3 nickels, 9 qtrs, a fishing reel crank, two rings. A mood ring type, and a spoon ring. Also one surprise! A 1953 silver rosevelt dime! :)

    Went shopping last night!..........

    Our big chest freezer (25 cu ft) that was about full died! :( So we had to go out and get another. This time we bought an upright. Good thing is that God made sure we caught it before we lost all the contents! :) Thanks Lord!

    Tonights finds........

    mostly old farm relics, but neat anyhow. A nice #11 thimble, a neat old button, two suspender buckles (one was found earlier at the same farm) two silver plated spoons, and a small white jar for cream or something.
