    Beautiful, very warm and sunny day today but storms and tornadoes touched down last night with more coming....

    I Praise God and Thank Jesus for keeping His protective hands upon me and my house! DeSoto, MO and other places plus IL had damages done and homes destroyed from heavy winds and rain, baseball size hail and flooding! I had lots of rain and loud thundering but no damaging winds, hail & etc...

    Weather very wet, gray and depressing but I praise God and Thank Jesus for the rain the last two days, as we sure need it.....Now if I....

    can just get my yard raked and cleaned so I can put down fertilizer and plant grass seed which is sure needed....then I can have all that STUFF to mow... :lol: Happy hunting everyone...the nice wet ground will be good for detecting when it drys out a little and I can get out to find those...

    wouldn't have been able to clean the roofing mess out of my garage and off my cars and move things so the window guys could get to the garage window. The roofer tried cleaning but he only made a swipe at it, so I ended up doing most of it! All the windows were put in today except the two storm...

    Tami called and said Troy had surgery on his back, yesterday! The surgeon didn't take any...

    bone out but did drill the ruptured disc and hopefully he will be okay and heal quickly! Back surgeries can be a problem, I hear! Also the roofers finished today and I still have to get used to the new roof with ridge vents....never had them before! Don't know how many boards they had to...

    Sure glad I didn't wake up with sinus pressure in my head and neck, today....because....

    with all the noise that the roofers were making, even shaking my whole house at times...it would have been miserable...more than it was anyway! They'll be back to finish tearing off and putting on new roof but I think I'll suggest they try using softer hammers! :lol: God Bless! Betty

    I found out today why I've been so ill....I have...

    a sinus infection and I'm taking anti-biotics. Paid $28.00 for ten pills...but if they do the job of getting rid of the infection, it'll be worth it. I take two a day for a five day supply! I hope the Avatar that I chose doesn't give you motion sickness! Because if I watched it very long...

    Hip, hip, hooray....just saw my first Robin Redbreast today and Spring is on it's way! ! :smile: .....the temp is warmer...

    Update on Tami & Troy....

    They got the trailer moved...but the moving guys ran over the people's septic tank, where they are renting land for the trailer, and will cost $5000 to replace the smashed tank! The moving guy has insurance but acts like he don't want to turn it in and, if he doesn't, Troy and the land owner...
