    For anybody who uses the 50 or used one in the past. What would you say is about the maximum depth of any of your finds that I can expect to get with mine. I have good soil to detect in. Thanks

    First hunt after 8 months out of the hobby

    I went of my first hunt since June of last year and I couldn't have picked a better time to do it. The temp was 70 with partly cloudy skies and a mild to moderate wind. I'm currently using a X TERRA 50 which has done me well in the past. The copper bracelet turned out much better than I hoped...

    That the 305,505 and 705 are just slight progressons of the same machine just a little more bells and whistles. Just a thought.

    3 khz coil

    There seems to be few that use the 3 khz coil. I may be mistaken but it would seem to me for those that use it would get results close to that of the E-Trac. Maybe I'm missing something but if a person thats going for silver that the 3khz would do an excellent job. Just curious.
