    double tone please explain

    Excalibur failure or me?

    JUst bought a used Excalibur both batteries had charges in them . I used up the charge in both batteries but can't seem to recharge either of them . I'm not very good with electricity but I'll try anything once. Have any suggestions? The machine is a year old.
