    Another day in the woods

    The weather has been terrible at best, but today was clear and a little cool so I hit the woods with the camera. It's going to start raining tonight and for the next couple of days so I figure most of the fall colors will be gone by the next nice day therefore I have been getting all the photos...

    Hey Vernon, how did your stress test go?

    I had one last Thursday in MT. Sterling KY. I had to get my heart rate up to 144 beats per minute and hold it at that level for 60 seconds, thats when they shoot the radiated dye to ya. I guess I done OK, as I haven't went back for the results and no one has called. Good luck! ya gotta take care...
