    little new years eve dirt fishing

    found a few things today while hunting with "sorefingers" at an old railroad station/depot. we found a couple of indians, a railroad button, engineer button and a couple of thing we are not sure of

    sometimes research pays off. after looking at google earth, turning back the clock on the tool bar and talking to the owner. "sorefingers"(another member of this forum) and I hunted a couple of hours, in what is now a pasture, I found this old penny

    a friend(TDG, forum member) and me had a hunt today that will be in my head for a while. We found 2 large cents,2 cent piece, 2-3 cent pieces, 1957 eagle penny, buffalo nickel,3 mercs and 3 indian head pennies. I think I have listed them all, if not they are in the pic

    some old stuff

    in the second picture there are some items I have no clue what they are, the one brass piece almost in the center has some type of material in the center of it and the long piece has what seems to have a finger slot for pulling. Any idea what these to items are?

    well the size was right lol, turned out to be a "royal brand suit" token from around 1900
