    Couple of questions on ground balancing the O8000. 1. Must Grnd Bal always be done in AT mode ? In other words, can one ground bal. in Discrim mode ? 2. Does the machine keep the last ground bal after power off ? Thanks, Bob

    Unbelievable: silver dollars & halves

    Went into my bank, did deposits, etc. I then asked the teller if she had any of the new Pres. dollars. She said no but I have these dollar coins: 4 peace dollars, 3 sil halves, and several non-silver JFKs. I said how much do you have ? She says $ 6.50 and I'm glad to get these out of my teller...

    I'm kind of curious re the XLT vs DFX. How much different are they ? My guess is maybe other than speed and a few more settings the DFX is nothing more than a re-packaged XLT. What say you out there ?
