    Me and my son played "Hookie" today! We didn't go detecting but we did go.......

    Skiing!! The conditions were perfect and we wanted to get one last ski trip in for the season. Crystal Mountain had their slopes opened and groomed. We hit every slope we could from beginner to the moguls. We had a great father/ son day. Now the snow can melt and the temps can rise!!!

    Little park hunt turns a profit!

    Took a little road trip and hit a little park. Found 98 cents in coins, ball inflator, Boy Scout Neckerchief Slide and $10 in paper money. The $10 was just hanging out in the outfield of a baseball diamond waiting to be picked up! I obliged it's wishes....

    Brinx truck loses its load and I'm right there!

    This poor driver most likely lost his job for this blunder!! Not only did he lose $3.41 in change and a silver necklace but he also lost the WHOLE truck! Poor, poor fellow.

    Nice little hunt today.....

    Went to a beach north of me and hunted for around 5 hours. $6.91 in Clad (which included a $1 coin), a nice little silver necklace with a silver pendant and some trash. It started out at 45 degrees but warmed up to a nice temp after the sun rose up. Was a great day and a nice little bounty.
