    v3 owners opinion wanted

The V3 has forced me to take my time and also dig more of the unusual numbers, which I would have passed over with my DFX. Having so many analize options open,it more than peaks one's curiosity as to what lies beneath. I have been pleasantly surprised quite often at the accuracy of the V3 and...

Hey,look like you were super busy. That is a nice haul ! I'm currently working a new area and finding some interesting bits{pics on earlier post},I was using the super 12 for the first run,I am hoping to get back there this weekend with the 5.5 coil.

Yes, I agree...it's nice to find a good piece of silver, but I really do enjoy finding the interesting odd piece. A friend of mine recently found a pre-war Dinky toy,not in great shape...but very rare apparently.

A mixed bag of U.S,Canadian, and Newfoundland. The little cap gun is in great shape and working, very pleased with it! Most of the items were 5.5 to 6 inches deep.I was using the coin program with the sensitivity up on 12. The cap gun came up a solid 55 vdi.

    My son's finds!

They are both heavily worn, but I seen worse. We were a British crown colony here since 1500's,so every now and then something cool shows up.

    My son's finds!

Hey guys, I know this is a V3 site, but I just had to share this. My son got a DFX with a 300 coil for Christmas. This is what he got yesterday at the park. He said the 1774 piece was down 9 inches.

    Today in the park

Oh,I get my share of pennies too,but I usually only picture the silver. My detecting buddy found a nice 20 cent piece, dated 1896 the same day.

First outing of the year, with new 5.3 coil.

I have not used my D2 stock coil since I bought the Super12. I find that the 12inch coil takes care of the deep stuff very well.
