    Quick funny story

    Wife was out tonight so I took my 8 & 4 yr old daughters up to the fairgrounds with me to MD an hour or so before it got dark.     Coinshooting Only on Coin$trike.

    In the man pages it notes that the factory preset of Iron=99 Threshold=0 Sensitiviy=7 is the best for hunting coins - has anyone ever tried these settings on the Coin$trike - is there a better setting for coins? Normally I use the 525 setting recommended on this board -

    OK... some more C$ questions.

    In my test garden on new clad it seems I get a range and not a lock on ID - so how do you know when it's a quarter for sure or say 98% sure. In comparsion does the Edge lock on ? Also, laying a square nail next to a quarter nulls out the quarter in disc mode, every fourth sweep you might get...

    Now what?...lol Pouring rain so I can't even get outside to test. Been reading the man... what do you experienced Coinstrikers recommend setting wise on first trip out ... going with factory preset??? I have two sites in mind for tomorrow's outing, one is not too trashy and I've been over it...
