    Please help with IDing this bullet case

    I think this is .44 it is a little smaller then a .45 colt 1911 slug that is in photos too. It is 1 1/2 inches long 1/2 across above the base and has a X in the center of base. I found it real close to the site of the Civil War battle for Galveston. Any help will be Great . Thanks

    In need of Coil

    I lost my stock 9 inch coil for my older XLT. I have been using my 5.3 inch coil and happy with it. I am hunting older home sites here in Houston and need a larger coil Someone have a extra I can buy.

    My XLT

    Some time my display screen on my xlt has missing lines in it to the point I can not read it. When this happens I turn the backup light on and this helps. The xlt is a early model. Any one have this problem.

    I had about 30 minutes to hunt before sundown yesterday. Is a site that has gave up a 1905 V nickel and some great bottles. Someone had hit it hard sense a hit 2 to 3 weeks ago. It looked like they dig every target. There was three piles of old rusted iron that they left behind. Stuff really...

    Is it just me or

    I have a older XLT and have hundreds of hours on it. Here later I've been thinking that Newer Zinc pennies are showing up lower and lower on number scale. Has anyone else noticed this or am I going nuts.
