Says p.f.d. On front and extra quality on back. I live in south Jersey maybe it's Philadelphia fire department or my town stars with a p as well. Not sure what to make of it or it's age. About 4 inches down.- Kmatch7

Should be getting my at pro this week! Major upgrade.
