    NEL selling AT Pro coils

    NEL is selling larger coils for the ATP. The largest is a 15" x 17" called the AT Pro "BIG". You can view them on the NEL site and on Ebay. Have only heard one person using the BIG, and he says he found a CW Bullet at 19 inches. I may have to order one myself.

    School yard button

    I found this button and thought it was interesting. I haven't seen one like it before. It appears to be brass, there are no maker marks. It rang up as a high tone, with a 65/66 on the VDI and was about 4 inches deep.

    One Day, Two Hunts!

    Went on two hunts to sites I've hunted before. One I've been to atleast 12 times and have yet to cover the whole place. Not sure about the ring. I can only find one mark and even with a magnifying glass it could be an S or a 9. I'm leaning toward Stainless Steel, but hoping for .925.

    AT Pro repaired

    They didn't say exactly what was wrong. But it is repaired. Got a software upgrade(that sounds exciting) and preventative maintenance. Headphones were replaced. Now I just need the detector back. I be here, waiting, ordering all my needs by phone or Internet, until it arrives.

    My Ghost Town finds, so far...

    These are my finds, minus, the more modern stuff. I found the hook and ring in separate holes but the hook and worn out spots on the ring match perfectly. Not sure what they are but it was suggested they may be part of a horse drawn plow. Hope to go back soon.
