    BEACH AND WATER TOOLS

    I'm somewhat new to the art and science of beach and water detecting, and I'm trying to adequately get by with the amount of digging equipment I need, and hence keep the cost and things I have to carry down.     CZ20 Bracket

    Someone in the forums mentioned to me he bought a cz20 bracket (which he cant remember the distributor he got it from)that enables him to mount the control box further back towards his arm, thus improving the detector's balance and decreasing the work-out on his arm.     Buying a fisher 1212-x for my 9 yr old boy. Wanted something affordable and uncomplicated. Will be using it predominately in dry beach sand area. Any of you try this model? What do you think?

    beach hunting

    New to metal detecting and this site.Have a question regarding beach hunting. I would like to hunt just jewelry on the dry beach, not the wet sand nor surf. Which would be a good Fisher model to do this with. Thanks.
