    Thoughts on the G2+

    I have a F19 & original G2. Same machine great relic machine. I use a big aftermarket coils on it. Nelson attack & 13" ultimate coil. Deep on relics. Loves lead & Indian cents. G2/F19/Bounty hunter time ranger pro are the same machines. I saw the bh advertised at @$219.00. That is a steal.

    Teknetics T2 SE is it really as good as they say.

    I use the black T2 ltd. It's a good relic machine & even better on copper coins. The G2/F19/ Bounty hunter Time Ranger Pro is a better relic machine.

    I have the black T2 ltd. I use the 12"/15" sef coil on it. It is my old coin copper machine. In mild ground it'll find deep 1/2 cents & coppers. I have no experience with it in the all metal mode though. It doesn't have the DST. It does struggle in hot ground like most VLF machines do. My G2...

    Thanks buddy. I bet your weeds & crops are ahead of us by a month. We had a cold January & February so our detecting season was shorter this year. I worked a lot this winter also knocking my dig time down. I hope you can get out & dig some fantastic relics buddy. HH

    I tried a new spot out Sunday. No civil war relics yet but I found some old stuff. I went to a old spot & found some good relics. The Eagle button, small ball buttons & bullets are from a 2nd corps Army of the Potomac camp just before the battle of Gettysburg.

    Thanks buddy. I had to head south for these. I mostly hunt Gettysburg campaign. I believe these are 1864 relics. Most likely the valley campaign of 64.

    They're newer. They started using them in mid 63. None have been found in any of my Gettysburg spots. I have to go south to get into them. These are valley campaign 64.
