    Been checkin Battery life on Scorpion

    With Energizers I get in the area of 30 hrs+, when usin cheap or cut rate drugstore batteries i get around 7 hours= soo Ya save money on the purchase, +but ya buy JUNK= found this out on other electronic thingies=cheap is trouble=and drive ya goofy= this is MY OPINION=mebbe the cheapies work...

    Got the Ok to detect an old house and bunkhouse, did a quick re-con to see if anything is there -YUP- bunches of beeps, so lingered for a few mins and dug a few louder sounds, most stuff was around 10 in, some stuff was so big and deep i couldn' get it out, will need a big digger or spade=mebbe...

    Of my white coil detectors, had to stop and call off the testing at 10 degrees , because of human element, durn near froze, detectors worked perfect, would not even consider a LCD detector without keeping it warm, have always had to chest mount, or provide heat for the readout, but my BEEPERS...
