    ANOTHER TIP I FORGOT TO POST. GOT SO MUCH STUFF FLOATING AROUND IN MY HEAD THAT I CAN"T KEEP TRACK OF IT.

    When using a detector with "ground tracking" such as the GTI's and GTP, always keep the coil and your swing at the same height and sweep slow so as not to "track out" low conductive targets and don't fiddle with the discrimination too much. Bill

    Got an Xmas card from my sister-in-law and she sent some old pics she scrounged up including a few of me I had forgotten about..

    The one is of me sitting on the bank at my favorite pastime many years back when I was young and purty. HAA. I wish I was in the other pic right now, down at the beach. That's me on the left with my brother-in-law and my nephew who is all grown up and married now. Bill
