    Went out again, trying something new every time I go out. Tried the goldfield mode, different settings in field and park modes and ran single freq. at 28 kHz. After doing some air tests, found out that if you run 0 discrimination, you get better depth and very small targets in both the field...

    Went out to a couple tot lots that are heavily detected by locals. Used my gold field mode in a sanded volleyball and found the diamond ear ring which my other modes could not pick up, about 3-4” deep. Also found a couple rings, junkers, but still rings.     Hi, I use the larger coil for the beach and the smaller ones in wooded areas and small tot lots, both work great depending on where you go.
