    SAT HUNT V-NICKLE AND BULLETS

    THURS HUNT SILVER RINGS

    Hunting a local high school with my T-2, settings sens-99, disc-50, tones-3. Mostly coin shooting when i got a non coin V.D.I. I looked down when i moved the coil to see this bag of rings on top of the grass. Only bad thing there all Silver no gold. Also hunting with the 5" coil.

    Hunting a local elementary built in the late 20's. Hunting with the T-2 with the 5'' coil. Settings sens-99, disc-80, tones-3. First target was a 1945p war Nickle V.D.I was 81, 5'' down. then i got a Sterling Silver ring V.D.I was 83, 5'' down.

    SUN HUNT, MERC AND WHEATIES

    Back at the locale football field with the T-2 and the 5" coil. Three Wheaties 1953d, 1958d and 1940. V.D.I 80-81, Also a 1945 Mercury Dime V.D.I 81 5'' down. Using the 5'' coil changes the V.D.I numbers a little. Wheaties were 2''-4'' down.

    Back at Burnet Woods. First target was the bullit, not sure about V.D.I but it was 5'' down. !899 Indian Penny V.D.I was 78, 4'' down. Then a 1901 V-Nickle V.D.I was 58, 3'' down. Hunting with the T-2, settings, sens-99, disc-50, tones-3.

    15" DD COIL FOR T-2

    Saw one post for this, anybody know a web site for info on this. Field test maybe, weight compared to the 11'' coil, balance and any big difference in bepth. And how is the target separation. Also how it compares to the 10x12 and 12x15 SEF coils. Is it worth the money. Thanks Tom

    Back at Burnet Woods. Hunting in woods, first target a 1900 V-Nickle that i almost didn't dig V.D.I jumping from 56-78 5'' down. then dug this silver ring 4'' down V.D.I 81. Also found a token 2'' down V.D.I 81. Hunting with the T-2, settings sens-99, disc-50, tones-3.

    Been out a few times this year with no good finds. Out today at the local football field. Hunting with the T-2 with the 5'' coil. Sens-99, Disc-80, Tones-3. V.D.I was 88-89 down 6.5". When located only got a high tone no v.d.i, after digging hole i got a v.d.i.

    Friday hunt at Burnett Woods in Cincinnati, snow gone and temps near 60. Hunting with the T-2, sens-99, disc-50, tone-1. All three target had V.D.I 78-79, wheaties were 4" down and the Indian about 7" down. Dates for wheats 1920 and 1948s, the Indian is 1902. Tom
