    I am still out walking every day,gaining strength,losing weight.Having arthritis trashing everything hip and spine related makes it,um,'interesting',getting back into shape.Gearing up,for detecting too.Haven't been out much,yet.Downtown Whitehall is closed,roads torn up for sewers,repaying........

    Prayers for an old friend,please.....

    Carl,an old friend for years,was diagnosed with liver cancer,about a month ago.Him and his wife have decided no surgery nor treatments,letting Life take its' course......Wife posted today they are getting together with hospice this week.Prayers,please,for Carl,looks real bad:(
