    Falsing issue

    The reason I ask about the coil cover was to make sure you clean it out if you use it. You really don't need 1 unless you are working very rough terrain. This can cause the same problem you described unless you used it somewhere else afterwards and it was fine. Yazoo

    I have no real problems with the ground balance but I do wonder about a aspect of it. The manual says to GB in auto track then lock it if you want to run it in lock track. Now question is how many do it this way and if you do,do you unlock it to reground balance every 20 -30 mins. If not...

    I would think 1 machine a problem could be there but 3 machines and the same type of problems.Well that would have to be user error.Stock programs do better than you have explained your settings are doing. Maybe You should put it all back to stock and just change 1 thing at a time and use each...

    I have the same PP audio problem of it not showing a target with audio but may register by tone and VDI.Several times I have found the target to be Iron ,and have yet to find a good target on the ones I did chase down. Have been lurking watching the info on this . Yazoo

    Not Rob ,but it goes like this.Go 2 ground tracking ,thenZoom,thenzero in air then lower to the ground for the number. Is on page 21 of manual bottom right. H.H. Yazoo

    Target Found In Search, It Won't Pinpoint w/Tone

    Everyone of the phantom targets that in search has shown me and PP wouldn't has been iron, I have tried digging a few . If you want proof for yourself then in search mode find the target and wiggle the coil tight above it and pull back the coil till the search target drops off and dig in front...
