    Absolutely Newbie

    Out of nowhere, my wife buys me a Fisher F5 metal detector. I have never metal detected before, looking forward to it. I have read through quite a few of the postings here--Great Information & Great People. I live in Virginia, if anyone out there has ANY metal detecting tips for a first time...
