    They love peanut butter.

Chris, that's some really cool pictures. I keep two bird feeders hanging out in my yard but the squirrels eat more than the birds, the chipmunks eat what's fallen to the ground.

Found one of my oldest coins today

That Barber dime is also a great find, looks to be hardly worn, probably lost around WW1. Great day detecting.

Haven’t posted in quite a bit. Finally got out.

Three silver day, I'd take that in a heartbeat, nice day of detecting.

Marking my one year detecting with a great hunt (probably never happen again)

Man, that's some great finds! 1773 coin is older than the USA. Maybe George Washington lost them?

4 hour hunt at a 1920's park with the Equinox 900 and 10x5 Coiltek

Jimmy, that's some fantastic finds, way to go! That 1916 dime is in great shape, probably lost before WW2 started. That wheat cent ratio to silver is about what we are finding here in WV " 10 to 1".

    yikes, not good,.

1,000$ for a new freezer and an iPad, that sounds pretty good on the price, I would have guessed 2000$. This last month my alternator when out on my truck and my window motor when out on my van. Ouch!

"That place has been hunted out." 🧐

1841! We just took a big ride in our time machine, that's 182 years ago. Abraham Lincoln was 32 years old when that coin was minted, maybe he's the one who's lost it.

    Barber quarter

Yeah, I'd much rather find it early than late, gets all the juices flowing.

    Barber quarter

Got lucky today and found this Barber Quarter. 1908 O mint mark. It was my first coin of the day so naturally I'm thinking this new place we found is going to be full of silver, it was the only silver we found all day.

Shiny like a coin, cut like a coin, but...

You can tell it's been cut for a precise purpose not by accident which makes me think it is a coin.
  19. still looking 52

    A few colonial finds

That place looks fantastic! No need to hurry, just take your time and get it all, there's got to be a lot more oldies around there.
