    Just isn't right

Dug this up using my Vista X. Just below the sod. No big deal any machine could have detected it. First thing I seen was the long necklace that I carefully pulled till I got to the pendant. Everything was balled up and caked with mud. On the way home I'm thinking, "Man if that's...

    Never get old

So this morning I suited up to go hunting. Slipped on my Black copper ankle elastic, also one for my knee, back belt, shoulder support,, wrist support and the copper gloves. Wife took a look at me and asked Well who is the Black Knight going to fight today? A Dragon or you taking...

    Well life rolls on

Nows its 2021 and my Vista X has had a lot of targets dug from under it's coil. Took awhile for me to get fairly smooth with this analog. Time in the field is always the biggest factor, going back over the videos, some experimenting going back to the manual. Now most veterans wouldn't...

    Tarsacci saves Sacagawea

Last coin of today's hunt. I swear I heard her yelling " Don't leave me ,Please don't leave me! Went over and popped her out. She cleaned up fairly nice too. A yr. 2000 Sacagawea Dollar coin. There still around but not many.

    Drone video for beach hunting.

january 2020 I was wading below a cut by a hotel. Picking up some clad & junk. Noticed this odd shaped black something about knee deep. Scooped it up, my first drone ! Pretty bad shape. Gave it to a guy who wanted to see if he could rehab it. Turned out beyond repair.

    The Best of the Best

Never hunted a Nox, but I held my buddys. If you got any shoulder, back problems, this is worth looking at. Like holding butter.

Dug this thin child's .8 gram Silver ring two days ago

Was hunting a hunted out little league ball field. Catching some deeper dimes and nickels here and there. Sorta nice cause these other hunters cleaned up a lot of the trash. I remember this ring, it barely gave a chirp between the iron grunts. Didn't even know it was Silver till I...

Ahh, Spring has come. Good start anyway

I had a month &a half on the Tar On the Florida Gulf. Conditions were tough this year but they opened up now and then. Everyone (different machines) had a big challenge picking threw seas of tent pegs. Seemed there were more than pull tabs most times. I can't explain it like it...

Ahh, Spring has come. Good start anyway

Took a new Machine (Tarascci) For its first school yard hunt. This guy can reach down pretty good. Has Three modes of tones to go along with screen Id. Anyway after a sort of a shaky start, we started rolling over this site. Had to work through a couple of dead spots before...

    Simplex or Apex?

So 8 maybe 10 years ago Garrett came out with the AT Pro. Waterproof. Even after all these years, the Pro with the mid size coil is a killer in trash. Target separation is still great. It still is competative for fresh water wading, mud hunting and salt beaches down to the wet. Not...
