Nice score on the dollar. The picture of all the other stuff looks like what i usually dig a lot of the time, minus the dollar. Jim

    Help with identifying these finds

Don't think it's a dog whistle as they usually have an adjustment piece on the other end though it could be missing. Has nice scroll work on it too. Thanks, Jim

Finished the church lawn and got some more silver.

Went back and finished detecting the area i had left to do. Help with identifying these finds

The first item pictured is 3 inches long and 3/16th inch in diameter and also has some scroll work on it. Whistle? Second item is just slightly larger than a nickle. Third item is 3/4 inch wide and 1/8th inch thick. Thanks Jim.

    WOW!! Lots of Silver!!!

Over the last two days i've detected a little over 6 1/2 hours on a lawn next to a church that was built about 1919. The lawn is 40x70 feet and i detected it West to East and have covered just about 80 % of it. I really didn't find much except for some clad until i got just past half way. Things...

Nope, the vdi was jumping around but every once in awhile I'd get a decent tone.

Silver, Silver Silver and a Buff Again!

Yup, seems like you're not covering any ground but you have better odds of finding stuff in my opinion.

Silver, Silver Silver and a Buff Again!

Got looking and there is a power pole in the alley with it going underground half way down the lot to a building next door. Jim.

Silver, Silver Silver and a Buff Again!

Just didn’t think I’d have to detect from every angle known to man.😁

Silver, Silver Silver and a Buff Again!

Yea Jim, the silver ones are the same on my Simplex especially when they have a lot of corrosion. Regular nickels have a mid tone and 25-30 vid with the SP 24 coil.HH Jim.
