Five Dollar Token, Silver Quarters, Dimes, Jewelry and others

Thank you all for looking and the replies. Appreciate it! Here is a heartbreaker of a very deep nice signal I got last week in Minnesota. It was pushing about a foot deep and it was reading like a half up to a dollar. 1930s cold cream lid lying flat. Grrr. All part of the game.. Dave

Five Dollar Token, Silver Quarters, Dimes, Jewelry and others

I came out of my long winter hibernation and got some hunting in the past few weekends. All finds are from pounded public sites in North Dakota and some in Minnesota. Finds were made with my Deus 2 machines and my Minelab Manticore which I purchased over the winter. Of the finds in this post...

    Had a fun day today

Nice finds with that French 2 francs coin and hat pin. Years ago, I ran into a very large hat pin like that one. I also recognize the coin as I found a coin ring made from that francs coin around the same year. I believe it is 83.5% silver. Dave

Mark, I have gotten out close for a bit but the completely unexpected loss of a family member, a life changing diagnosis to my wife and the loss of her service dog within the same month have prevented much hunting so far. I think it is supposed to warm up this weekend so I will try and get out...

Great weekend beach hunt big silver quarter trifecta and dime trifecta.

Great spot you found Mark! Big silver is fun. Are you hitting any old pennies there or is it just silver? Up here we have a winter storm coming in the next couple days with up to 10 inches of snow. Dave

    Key date barber half find

Nice Score with the Barber Half Mark! Those don't come up often at all anymore. That beach dredge site is quite a site. Are there other people pounding it also? Hopefully there is big seated or gold still waiting to be found! Dave

Weekend finds silver trifecta back to 1854

yep, the crusty tarnish adds character :). I don't mind that as I have never sold an item I found yet. That 1854 seated has an easy-to-read date. Must have been dropped pretty fresh. Nice to see those. Great spot and Manticore strikes again! Dave

Great hunt Mark! I love finding those old class rings & you got seated checked off already for the year. That is quite a 1 - 2 punch with the Manticore and D2. I am in hibernation mode right now. Temp is -14 right now with a good 1/2 foot of snow on the ground. Dave
